How can I login if I don't know my username / password?

You can retrieve your Username or change your Username and Password, click here.


How do I check if I have an active membership?

Log-in -> Go to the Membership page, if you see an Active collapsible panel it means you already purchased one. And click Manage to check or update your current membership information.

To see all of you Membership Purchases, log-in -> click your name on the top-right and go your My Account page -> Memberships tab.


Where do I park at SPARK?

UMKC parking is available at the back of our building off of Forest between 47th Terr and 48th Street.  UMKC requires that all vehicles parking in the lots at the 4747 Troost building to utilize electronic parking passes.  This includes those using handicapped parking.  Failure to do so will result in a parking ticket from the UMKC Campus Police.    Parking for these lots off of Forest can be purchased at the time of registration. SPARK has no control over this issue. 

There is also free public parking available within walking distance at the shopping center located at Troost and 47th Terr.  Please avoid parking directly in front of businesses, especially the therapy clinic.
