Advanced Tai Chi

You must have a basic understanding of Tai Chi Forms to attend this class.
This safe, effective exercise program was designed by Dr. Paul Lam, a team of medical experts and Tai Chi masters. The Arthritis Foundation adopted it for anyone with arthritis or similar chronic pain. Also good for balance and fall prevention.
- Wear loose comfortable clothes.
Sarah Stanmorr
Sarah Stanmorr is certified by Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health Institute to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis. She worked as a nurse serving people with mental illness for over 40 years. When not doing Tai Chi, Sarah enjoys knitting for her church, walking her dogs, and training her blind dog in scent work.
