Arcelia Armstrong, LSW, will discuss how families, not social service agencies or nursing homes, are the main providers of long-term care for older adults. Without support, caregivers may feel “spread too thin” or overwhelmed. This presentation outlines services and support available for family caregivers of older adults to complement the care they are providing to their loved one.
