The holidays are the most wine-intensive weeks of the year—and the most stressful for anyone who wants to get it right. In this class, we take the anxiety out of entertaining and replace it with knowledge, confidence, and a little well-earned festivity. Students will taste a curated selection of six wines chosen specifically for holiday settings. Along the way, we cover everything a gracious host needs to know. We'll discuss serving temperatures, glassware –opening and decanting – and we'll spend time on the art of wine gifting.
